Bare land to build a house, for sale at Unawatuna.
Our property in Unawatuna near to the Temple in Talpe Pattu and very closed to the beach Hotel Miltons and sheltered sandy beach. The property is surrounded on all four sides by a two meters in height brick wall.

From the inside all sides are plastered, just the Westside wall is also plastered from the outside. Furthermore, the west side wall also includes the gate, and therefore is the thickest wall of all with 24 cm of width.

The walls to the north and south are thinner and only add up to 15 cm of width. The wall that faces the east was originally built by the neighbouring party, however, it was touched up and raised, as well as plastered accordingly to match the other walls.

After the Tsunami hit, its wave knocked over the wall to the South, and the east wall was damaged minorly, as well. However, the north and west wall were unharmed and spared by the tsunami-wave.
